This digital instrument is the creation of Nearshore Delivery Solutions (NDS Cognitive Labs) and IBM Watson, which implemented this AI solution with a social vocation.
This tool had its test by fire last December, when it attended to just over 14 thousand chats seeking information about the Telethon. Yolín is characterized by quick responses and avoiding people waiting in line for an interlocutor. It is worth mentioning that in December, user interaction with Yolín increased up to 70 percent.

Baltazar Rodríguez, senior architect at IBM Mexico , commented that the public cloud offers broad possibilities to boost innovation and offer AI-based solutions for its clients. In this case he collaborated on a social impact project with NDS Cognitive Labs for Teletón.
